<h2>Day 38.</h2>

<p>Started with the penguin slide today and had a couple of tries. Didn&#8217;t stay on the iceburg all the way through the two tries but I managed to catch a red fish on the second go.</p>

<p>Went onto the super hula hooping and chose the 3 minute level and I had three goes of this.  I tried to put as much effort as possible into this which did make my stomach ache.</p>
<p>Heading of the football and I had a go at both the beginners level and the advanced level.  My scores were quite good even on the advanced level.</p>
<p>Table tilt was my next exercise and I started on the beginners level which I completed first try.  I went onto the advanced level and managed to finish this aswell with time to spare.</p>
<p>Ended today with a long jog for a change.</p>

<h2>Day 36.</h2>

Step plus was next and I managed to get a few perfect steps as the speed got abit faster.</p>
<p>I chose the long jog next and I felt great after it so I had a second go.</p>
<p>Heading the football was next and I started with the beginners level. I had a couple of goes on this level and then went onto the advanced level. I had a couple of goes on this level aswell, I must say I&#8217;m not fond of this level as its faster and I keep heading the pandas instead of the football.</p>
<p>Table tilt next and I chose the beginners level first, I completed it and went onto the advanced level.  I got to the last level but ran out of time.<br />
<strong>43 minutes logged today.</strong></p>

<h2>Day 35.</h2>

<p>I went onto the super hula and picked the 3 minute level. I tried to circle my hips as large as possible and go as fast as I could to burn off more fat.  I did feel quite warm after I finished.</p>
<p>Short jog was the next exercise and I tried it without my shoes. I felt okay so I picked the long jog next.  I felt quite hot after I&#8217;d finished and my legs felt alright aswell.<br />
I chose the football heading and picked the advanced level for a change.  I had a couple of goes on this and both times I got over a hundred points.</p>

Two goes on the penguin slide for my next exercise.  I fell off the iceburg a few times the first go and the second go wasn&#8217;t much better. I caught a couple of the red fish on both times but my score wasn&#8217;t the best either try.</p>
<p>Short jog next and as I managed okay without my shoes yesterday I didn&#8217;t put them on today, I also had a go on the long jog.<br />
Table tilt next and I chose the advanced level.  I had three of goes on this and the third time I finished the level with one second to spare.</p>
<p><strong>48 minutes logged today.</strong></p>

<h2>Day 34.</h2>
<p>I thought I&#8217;d have a go at every level of every exercise this week as I go on more than others and I thought it might be fun.  I started on the aerobics section first and selected the hula hooping.  I had two goes on this circling first time left and the second time right to work both sides equally.</p>
<p>Step basic was next, I&#8217;d forgotten how slow this one was.</p>

<p>Rhythm boxing was the next one I chose and I picked the beginners level.  I quite enjoyed this one as its been a while since I chose beginners.  I then went onto the advanced level 6 minutes which has a few extra punch sequencing.  I like this level best I think as its just the right time for me.</p>
<p>Ski slalom, and I chose the beginners level(I&#8217;m not very good on either level but this is my best one). My Mii flew down the slope in and out of the gates(more out of them than in) and finished in a great time but then the points added up as I missed five of the gates and my score got worse. I had another go at this exercise but didn&#8217;t do much better. Never mind its the nearest I&#8217;ll get to a ski slope.</p>
<p>Bubble balance was my next choice and keeping with the days theme I picked the beginners level, not that I&#8217;m any good at the advanced level either but I am trying.  I had a couple of tries at this and still didn&#8217;t finish it.</p>
<p>Table tilt is my favourite exercise and I chose the beginners level again.  I finished this in one go which I was made up with.</p>
<p>Ski jump was my next exercise and I had a couple of goes on it.  I managed to land all of the four jumps for a change and didn&#8217;t do too bad.</p>
<p>I went onto the penguin slide and had two goes.  I was determined to stay on the iceburg and managed it the second time, didn&#8217;t catch all the red fish but that didn&#8217;t matter.</p>
<p>Heading the football was the next exercise and I had two goes on it.  I did quite well both times but there is room for improvement even if I do say so myself.</p>
<p><strong>34 minutes logged today.</strong></p>

<h2>Day 33.</h2>
<p>Ski slalom today to start with.  I chose the beginners level and had four tries at this exercise.  I got through all the gates the first and second time and decided to lean forward more to pick up some speed on the next go.  My speed picked up but I missed a couple of gates.  I had my last go and went for the speed record but I think it was too fast as I missed more gates than ever.</p>

<p>Heading the football was the next exercise I chose and I went for the beginners level again.  I did rubbish on my first go so had a second try.  I did better on my second try and decided to have a third go.  As I was on a roll I had a forth try and did even better than before.</p>
<p>I had a go at the table tilt next and chose the advanced level.  Although I didn&#8217;t finish the whole course I did get to the last level.</p>
<p>I picked the long jog next as this seems to be the best length for me. I had a second go at this and got my best burn rate yet.</p>
<p>Penguin slide was next and I fell off a few times the first go so I had another try.  This was better and I managed to catch three of the red fish, but best of all I stayed on the iceburg all the way through.</p>
<p>Rhythm boxing was next and I chose the 6 minute level.  I am trying to put more effert into this and move more from my waist as the trainer says. Its an exercise that makes you abit sweaty and makes the top of your arms ache.</p>
<p>I chose to go on the zazen exercise next and this is to help with your balance.  I sat on the Wii fit balance board and the exercise began.  I sat as still as possible but the flame does move as you breathe.  I didn&#8217;t get to the end of the exercise but it was nice to relax doing an exercise.</p>
<p>I finished with another go at the heading of the football exercise. I went on the advanced level this time. I had a couple of goes at this one. The first go was terrible as I headed more football boots than footballs.  The second go was alot better as I got the highest score of 123 pts(I know other people get higher but on our game mines the highest).</p>
<p><strong>41 minutes logged today.</strong></p>

<h2>Day 32.</h2>
<p>I started today with the penguin slide and had two goes on this exercise.  I  fell off a few times on both goes and caught a couple of red fish each try  aswell.</p>

<p>Step plus was the next exercise I tried today and I had  a couple of tries at this as I haven&#8217;t been on it for awhile.  I still didn&#8217;t  get alot of perfect steps but I do better when it goes faster half way  through.</p>
<p>Rhythm boxing was my next choice and I picked the beginners  level for a change.  I tried to punch as hard as possible to burn more fat and  to tighten up my upper arms.  It does make your arms ache if you hit  hard enough so I had another go.  I got my highest score yet which I was pleased  about.</p>
<p>A long jog was next and like yesterday I decided to go bare foot  again.</p>
<p>I had a couple of tries on the table tilt next and for a change I  picked the beginners level. I haven&#8217;t been on this since I finished it some time  ago,so I thought it would be fun. The first time was terrible and I had  a second go to better my score.  I managed to finish the level this time and  with a good score. What a relief, I thought I was getting worst on my  favourite exercise.</p>
<p>The ski jump next and I had two goes at this  exercise.  I didn&#8217;t snowball either go but I didn&#8217;t jump a record either.</p>
<p>I finished today with two more tries on the table tilt but I chose the  advanced level.  I didn&#8217;t reach the end either goes but I did enjoy  it.</p>
<p>My fit pig has now turned silver as I&#8217;ve  done 20 hours on the Wii fit.</p>
<p><strong>45 minutes logged today.</strong></p>

<h2>Day 31.</h2>
<p>I started off with the heading of the football and picked the advanced level as I did so well yesterday. I think I need to practise more, the balls get faster and loads of panda heads come flying at you which are hard to spot as they are the same colour as the footballs.</p>
<p>I got my highest score of 84 on my second try but I got very flustered with the pandas and shoes and the speed. Never mind more practise ahead of me I think.</p>

<p>The table tilt was the next exercise for me today and as usual I chose the advanced level. I didn&#8217;t have a good first try so had another go. I got to the last level but ran out of time.</p>
<p>I picked the ski slalom for my next exercise and chose the beginners level. I had two goes at this and didn&#8217;t fair well on either go. I can get the speed up but when I do I miss some of the gates which adds points onto the end score.</p>
<p>Snowboard slalom is an exercise I&#8217;ve not been on much so I&#8217;m not very confident on it. I turned the balance board round as instructed by the Wii fit programme and got on it.</p>
<p>You stand sideways to the television and lean either forwards or backwards to go round the flags. I had three goes at this exercise and each go I would say was rubbish so this is one I need to practise on.</p>
<p>I went for a long jog next so I pushed the Wii fit balance board out of the way and put the Wii remote in my pocket. I chose to jog bare foot today and it was okay on my legs.</p>
<p>I felt quite good so went round the route again. Super hula hooping was my next choice and I picked the 6 minute exercise. I hula hooped right 3 minutes and then left 3 minutes. I thought I might aswell have another go and managed to beat my highest score on the leader board.</p>
<p>Bubble balance was my next exercise and I chose the beginners level as I haven&#8217;t finished it more than once. I didn&#8217;t do too bad the first go as I got about two thirds along the course, so I had another try. This time I nearly got to the end of the course I could see the rainbow just above my Mii when the bubble popped.<br />
I had a couple of tries on the ski jump next and and the first go was pretty good. I snowballed both jumps on my second try.</p>
<p>I finished today with the tight rope and picked the beginners level to start with. I got straight across in my best time yet and I had another go but on the advanced level. I fell off the rope after trying to jump over the second metal chomping thing.</p>
<p><strong>43 minutes logged today.</strong></p>

<p>I decided to start with something different today and picked the free step for a change.  I chose the 20 minute level and started stepping, I speeded up the rhythm and switched the channel over to watch a programme as watching yourself stepping on and off the Wii fit balance board for twenty minutes is quite boring.  I was feeling very warm after this.</p>

I chose the long jog next and put the balance board to one side.  I managed to do two goes at this exercise as I felt okay but decided that was enough for today.</p>
<p>Penguin slide was my next choice and on my first try I caught two red fish and only fell off once.  My second try was much better and I caught all four red fish this time and only fell off once again.  I got my highest score on this today.</p>
<p>Had a try at the ski jump exercise next and snowballed first jump, my second one though was the furthest yet of 190m.  I had a couple more goes at this but didn&#8217;t get anywhere near that length again but I didn&#8217;t snowball again.</p>
<p>I picked the heading of the football next and chose the beginners level.  I had two goes at this exercise and I managed to do quite well even if I say so myself.  The first try was good and I got a high score but my second go was my best ever getting myself a score of 174.</p>
<p><strong>38 minutes logged today.</strong></p>
