Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 35.

Day 35.
Started with the step plus and chose the 10 minute level. I turned up the speed and turned over the television so my youngest could watch one of her programmes.
I didn’t follow the rhythm of the remote as I went abit faster which showed when I turned back over as I finished and I had a score of 1101 steps.
I went onto the super hula and picked the 3 minute level. I tried to circle my hips as large as possible and go as fast as I could to burn off more fat. I did feel quite warm after I finished.
Short jog was the next exercise and I tried it without my shoes. I felt okay so I picked the long jog next. I felt quite hot after I’d finished and my legs felt alright aswell.
I chose the football heading and picked the advanced level for a change. I had a couple of goes on this and both times I got over a hundred points.

Two goes on the penguin slide for my next exercise. I fell off the iceburg a few times the first go and the second go wasn’t much better. I caught a couple of the red fish on both times but my score wasn’t the best either try.
Short jog next and as I managed okay without my shoes yesterday I didn’t put them on today, I also had a go on the long jog.
Table tilt next and I chose the advanced level. I had three of goes on this and the third time I finished the level with one second to spare.
48 minutes logged today.
