Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 37.

Day 37.
I started with two goes on the long jog as I had my trainers on and didn’t have the balance board turned on yet.
Next was the free step and I chose the 20 minute level. I watched abit of a television programme whilst stepping. It makes it easier than watching my Mii stepping on and off the balance board
for 20 minutes.

Day 33.
Ski slalom today to start with. I chose the beginners level and had four tries at this exercise. I got through all the gates the first and second time and decided to lean forward more to pick up some speed on the next go. My speed picked up but I missed a couple of gates. I had my last go and went for the speed record but I think it was too fast as I missed more gates than ever.

Day 31.
I started off with the heading of the football and picked the advanced level as I did so well yesterday. I think I need to practise more, the balls get faster and loads of panda heads come flying at you which are hard to spot as they are the same colour as the footballs.
I got my highest score of 84 on my second try but I got very flustered with the pandas and shoes and the speed. Never mind more practise ahead of me I think.

Day 30.
I decided to start with something different today and picked the free step for a change. I chose the 20 minute level and started stepping, I speeded up the rhythm and switched the channel over to watch a programme as watching yourself stepping on and off the Wii fit balance board for twenty minutes is quite boring. I was feeling very warm after this.

Day 21.
I started with a short jog for a change. I put the Wii fit balance board out of the way and put the Wii remote in my pocket. I put my shoes on(to cushion my feet) and I managed to beat my highest score for my burn rate. After taking my shoes off I went onto the table tilt exercise as I quite like this one.
I beat yesterdays score on the advanced level but I still didn’t finish the level.

Day Twenty.
After yesterday not feeling much off the super hula exercise 6minutes, I decided to try the super hula 10minutes level. Five minutes circling right then five minutes circling left. I have to say it was a bit boring standing there listening to the tune over and over again.
My stomach did twinge abit and my back ached whilst I was
hula hooping but no pain no gain I suppose.

Day Nineteen.
I chose to start with the super hula exercise today. I picked the 6 minute routine which I found quite easy so had two goes of it. I might have to go onto the next level soon.
I jogged the short route next. I definately think its easier to wear my shoes for this as my feet hurt when I don’t wear them.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 18.

Day Eighteen.
Super hula hooping first today. I chose the advance level 6 minutes again as the lower level doesn’t seem to do much good to my stomach muscles anymore. This level does at the moment make my stomach ache so I’ll stick with it for now.
Step plus was my next exercise for today and I even managed to get a few perfect steps on this one.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 11.

Day Eleven.
I know I’m going to be on my feet all day again so I decided to do my exercises early this morning. I chose to work on my balance today and picked the penguin slide to start with.
I had 3 tries on this and didn’t start off well falling off the iceburg more times than catching fish but by the third try I managed to do alot better. I then went onto the table tilt exercise and didn’t do well on this either. I had 3 tries to beat my highest score but failed I couldn’t get further than level 6.

Day Ten.
Started with yoga and did the half moon exercise. I felt a bit awkward and the trainer even said I was a bit stiff. The Wii fit programme then suggested I do a complete workout by
doing the muscle exercise single leg twist, which I did. I then went onto the torso and waist twist, I picked the 6 reps option and my shoulders hurt again. The Wii then suggested doing the yoga exercise triangle. I haven’t done this one yet and so I picked it to try.
