Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 36.

Day 36.
Checked my BMI and I’ve lost more weight as its 30.08, great maybe all those salads are doing the trick.
Super hula hooping was my first exercise today and I had a couple of goes on this one. I circled my hips as wide and as fast as I could which gave me one of my highest scores yet.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 27.

Day 27.
I started with the hula hooping and decided to go for the beginners level. I had four tries at this swopping which way I circled each time. I enjoyed doing the smaller level and I felt I could keep going for longer on this exercise.
I went onto the rhythm boxing next and did the same again, I picked the lower level and had a couple of goes on it. I think I’ll do this every now and again pick the lower levels for a change.

Day 26.
I chose to start with the rhythm boxing for a change today. I picked the super advanced level and beat my highest score. The best bit is at the end when you get 15 seconds to hit the punch bag however you want. I try and hit it as many times as possible.
I went onto the free step exercise and chose the 20 minute level.

Day 22.
I started with a long jog today as I have for the past few days. It was a bit hard going today due to the fact I had a chinese buffet for dinner and although it was lovely I’m paying for it on my stomach. I haven’t been on the yoga for a while and decided to try some next.
I picked the half moon pose first and it didn’t feel that bad this time, maybe all that hula hooping has done some good on my waist muscles.

Day Thirteen.
I had two goes on the hula hoop going on the first go left circling and on the second go right circling. This seems to be better as I’m getting better at both ways.
I went onto the super hula hooping next and chose the beginners level which makes you do three minutes left circling and then three minutes right circling.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 12.

Day Twelve.
Ive had a bit of a skive for two days, we spent the day walking around a theme park which is more than enough exercise and then too many other things got in the way which means I feel guilty having not been on the Wii fit for two days and thought I’d better do a bit today.
I did the body test and my BMI was 30.40 which
means its gone up a bit :-(.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 7.
After having a thought about how I’ve been doing this week and all the things I’ve had a go at on the Wii fit balance board, I am really happy with my progress. I have done more exercise than I would normally do and as the week has gone on got better at some of them.
Jogging isn’t my strongest exercise normally but doing it in your front room watching lovely scenery helps make it bearable.
