Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 38.

Day 38.
BMI 29.76 (no longer obese)
Started with the penguin slide today and had a couple of tries. Didn’t stay on the iceburg all the way through the two tries but I managed to catch a red fish on the second go.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 36.

Day 36.
Checked my BMI and I’ve lost more weight as its 30.08, great maybe all those salads are doing the trick.
Super hula hooping was my first exercise today and I had a couple of goes on this one. I circled my hips as wide and as fast as I could which gave me one of my highest scores yet.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 35.

Day 35.
Started with the step plus and chose the 10 minute level. I turned up the speed and turned over the television so my youngest could watch one of her programmes.
I didn’t follow the rhythm of the remote as I went abit faster which showed when I turned back over as I finished and I had a score of 1101 steps.

Day 32.
I started today with the penguin slide and had two goes on this exercise. I fell off a few times on both goes and caught a couple of red fish each try aswell.
I went onto the bubble balance next as I had nearly finished it yesterday. I had two tries but didn’t get to the end on either go. Never mind I’ll keep trying.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 30.

Day 30.
I decided to start with something different today and picked the free step for a change. I chose the 20 minute level and started stepping, I speeded up the rhythm and switched the channel over to watch a programme as watching yourself stepping on and off the Wii fit balance board for twenty minutes is quite boring. I was feeling very warm after this.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 27.

Day 27.
I started with the hula hooping and decided to go for the beginners level. I had four tries at this swopping which way I circled each time. I enjoyed doing the smaller level and I felt I could keep going for longer on this exercise.
I went onto the rhythm boxing next and did the same again, I picked the lower level and had a couple of goes on it. I think I’ll do this every now and again pick the lower levels for a change.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 23.

Day 23.
Super hula hooping exercise to start with today. I am better circling right than left as I struggle some of the time to keep the hoops going on the left circling, so
thats something to work on.
I chose free step next and chose the ticking sound on the remote. I switched over and watched a programme but kept getting knocked by my partner as he got up off his seat which momentarily made me miss a step.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 20.

Day Twenty.
After yesterday not feeling much off the super hula exercise 6minutes, I decided to try the super hula 10minutes level. Five minutes circling right then five minutes circling left. I have to say it was a bit boring standing there listening to the tune over and over again.
My stomach did twinge abit and my back ached whilst I was
hula hooping but no pain no gain I suppose.

Day Nineteen.
I chose to start with the super hula exercise today. I picked the 6 minute routine which I found quite easy so had two goes of it. I might have to go onto the next level soon.
I jogged the short route next. I definately think its easier to wear my shoes for this as my feet hurt when I don’t wear them.

Day Sixteen.
Penguin slide was the exercise I tried next twice. I have to say I was rubbish. You could tell that I hadn’t been on this for a few days as my Mii kept falling into the water and I couldn’t catch as many fish as I have done in the past.
I went onto the ski slalom and picked the advanced level for this exercise. I had a couple of goes on this exercise and managed to go through most of the gates both times.
