Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 38.

Day 38.
BMI 29.76 (no longer obese)
Started with the penguin slide today and had a couple of tries. Didn’t stay on the iceburg all the way through the two tries but I managed to catch a red fish on the second go.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 37.

Day 37.
I started with two goes on the long jog as I had my trainers on and didn’t have the balance board turned on yet.
Next was the free step and I chose the 20 minute level. I watched abit of a television programme whilst stepping. It makes it easier than watching my Mii stepping on and off the balance board
for 20 minutes.

Day 35.
Started with the step plus and chose the 10 minute level. I turned up the speed and turned over the television so my youngest could watch one of her programmes.
I didn’t follow the rhythm of the remote as I went abit faster which showed when I turned back over as I finished and I had a score of 1101 steps.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 33.

Day 33.
Ski slalom today to start with. I chose the beginners level and had four tries at this exercise. I got through all the gates the first and second time and decided to lean forward more to pick up some speed on the next go. My speed picked up but I missed a couple of gates. I had my last go and went for the speed record but I think it was too fast as I missed more gates than ever.

Day 32.
I started today with the penguin slide and had two goes on this exercise. I fell off a few times on both goes and caught a couple of red fish each try aswell.
I went onto the bubble balance next as I had nearly finished it yesterday. I had two tries but didn’t get to the end on either go. Never mind I’ll keep trying.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 31.

Day 31.
I started off with the heading of the football and picked the advanced level as I did so well yesterday. I think I need to practise more, the balls get faster and loads of panda heads come flying at you which are hard to spot as they are the same colour as the footballs.
I got my highest score of 84 on my second try but I got very flustered with the pandas and shoes and the speed. Never mind more practise ahead of me I think.

Day 29.
I started with a long jog today and decided to do it twice. This is quite a nice length for me and I find I can do two tries one after another without getting much pain in my legs even with my shoes off.
Super hula hooping was next and I had a couple of tries at this. I picked the 3 minute exercise and circled left for the first go and right for the second go.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 28.

Day 28.
BMI is 30.65 this week as I’ve not been too good too much wine!
I had fun yesterday doing the lower levels and decided to stick with them today. I went for a short jog and followed that with three more short jogs as I was wearing my shoes and my legs felt okay. I was a bit warm after doing four jogs though.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 24.

Day 24.
I did the body test and my BMI was 30.08 so I didn’t reach my target for the month. I have changed the target for this month to lose 1 lb per week and I’m trying to change my diet aswell which is the hard part.
I super hula hooped to start off with again. This is a ten minute exercise but seems to go on for alot longer.

Day 23.
Super hula hooping exercise to start with today. I am better circling right than left as I struggle some of the time to keep the hoops going on the left circling, so
thats something to work on.
I chose free step next and chose the ticking sound on the remote. I switched over and watched a programme but kept getting knocked by my partner as he got up off his seat which momentarily made me miss a step.
