Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 37.

Day 37.
I started with two goes on the long jog as I had my trainers on and didn’t have the balance board turned on yet.
Next was the free step and I chose the 20 minute level. I watched abit of a television programme whilst stepping. It makes it easier than watching my Mii stepping on and off the balance board
for 20 minutes.

Day 34.
I thought I’d have a go at every level of every exercise this week as I go on more than others and I thought it might be fun. I started on the aerobics section first and selected the hula hooping. I had two goes on this circling first time left and the second time right to work both sides equally.
Step basic was next, I’d forgotten how slow this one was.

Day 21.
I started with a short jog for a change. I put the Wii fit balance board out of the way and put the Wii remote in my pocket. I put my shoes on(to cushion my feet) and I managed to beat my highest score for my burn rate. After taking my shoes off I went onto the table tilt exercise as I quite like this one.
I beat yesterdays score on the advanced level but I still didn’t finish the level.

Day Nineteen.
I chose to start with the super hula exercise today. I picked the 6 minute routine which I found quite easy so had two goes of it. I might have to go onto the next level soon.
I jogged the short route next. I definately think its easier to wear my shoes for this as my feet hurt when I don’t wear them.

Day Seventeen.
After the problem with the jogging the other day (when my legs hurt because of not warming up a bit before jogging) I thought I’d start with the step plus exercise today.
I am trying to lift my knees more when I do the steps to make it more of a workout but its hard to keep up with the steps as it goes faster. I know more practise is required.
I went onto the jogging next and instead of picking the long island level I did 3 short jogs.

Day Sixteen.
Penguin slide was the exercise I tried next twice. I have to say I was rubbish. You could tell that I hadn’t been on this for a few days as my Mii kept falling into the water and I couldn’t catch as many fish as I have done in the past.
I went onto the ski slalom and picked the advanced level for this exercise. I had a couple of goes on this exercise and managed to go through most of the gates both times.

Day Eleven.
I know I’m going to be on my feet all day again so I decided to do my exercises early this morning. I chose to work on my balance today and picked the penguin slide to start with.
I had 3 tries on this and didn’t start off well falling off the iceburg more times than catching fish but by the third try I managed to do alot better. I then went onto the table tilt exercise and didn’t do well on this either. I had 3 tries to beat my highest score but failed I couldn’t get further than level 6.

Day Ten.
Started with yoga and did the half moon exercise. I felt a bit awkward and the trainer even said I was a bit stiff. The Wii fit programme then suggested I do a complete workout by
doing the muscle exercise single leg twist, which I did. I then went onto the torso and waist twist, I picked the 6 reps option and my shoulders hurt again. The Wii then suggested doing the yoga exercise triangle. I haven’t done this one yet and so I picked it to try.

Day Nine.
I chose to start with the step basic exercise today and had a couple of goes on it. I managed to get quite a few perfect steps the second time but didn’t do much better on the score board. I went onto the step plus next to try and burn off a few extra calories. I had a couple of goes on this one aswell and I’m still no nearer to getting perfect steps than I was yesterday.

Day Eight.
Hula hoop is the first exercise in the aerobic portion so I might aswell start there. Two goes I had on this one and I could feel my stomach muscles starting to tighten as I hula away.
As I have had two goes I decided to try the super hula hoop exercise to make my stomach muscles really work. I had two goes on this aswell and managed to get first and second on the leader board which means I beat my last score great.
