Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 35.

Day 35.
Started with the step plus and chose the 10 minute level. I turned up the speed and turned over the television so my youngest could watch one of her programmes.
I didn’t follow the rhythm of the remote as I went abit faster which showed when I turned back over as I finished and I had a score of 1101 steps.

Day Twenty.
After yesterday not feeling much off the super hula exercise 6minutes, I decided to try the super hula 10minutes level. Five minutes circling right then five minutes circling left. I have to say it was a bit boring standing there listening to the tune over and over again.
My stomach did twinge abit and my back ached whilst I was
hula hooping but no pain no gain I suppose.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 13.

Day Thirteen.
I had two goes on the hula hoop going on the first go left circling and on the second go right circling. This seems to be better as I’m getting better at both ways.
I went onto the super hula hooping next and chose the beginners level which makes you do three minutes left circling and then three minutes right circling.
Mum takes on the Wii fit, Ski Jumping
I found this quite a good video as the mum in question uses exactly the same Wii fit ski jumping technique that I use crouch down jump up and stand rigid for the duration of the ski jump
Well done mum, we cant see you score but the technique is spot on.
Nintendo Wii fit, weight loss diary day 2.

Day two.
Not the biggest of updates today. When I got off the Wii fit last night I was shattered, so when I got up this morning I was expecting muscle ache everywhere. But to my surprise there was none, maybe I hadn’t done enough yesterday after all. ![]()
I chose to start with the hula hooping exercise today as it was enjoyable yesterday and it seems a good warm up exercise.
